George Sanger’s Game Music Demo Marathon was a part of the Game Developers’ Conference in 1998 and 1999. The object of the Demo Marathon was to allow composers to exhibit their music demos and give them the opportunity to meet with producers. The composers were not required to be at the conference; their music and contact information were available for interested parties. The Demo Marathon was also a part of the Austin leg of the GDC RoadTrip, a traveling event that met for two-day long conferences on various game-development topics. The topics included art, programming, audio, game design, production, business, and legal.

We generally do not duplicate commercial, copyrighted recordings (except possibly for a limited classroom use) unless clearance has been obtained by the patron.
